● বারবার হাত ধোবেন সাবান পানি দিয়ে বা স্যানিটাইজার দিয়ে: অসুস্থ ব্যক্তির সংস্পর্শে বা এর চারপাশের সংস্পর্শে এলে খাবার তৈরির আগে, খাবার খেতে বসার আগে ও টয়লেট ব্যবহারের পর।
● অসুস্থ মানুষের জন্য আলাদা বাসনপত্র, তোয়ালে, বিছানার চাদর—এসব জিনিস সাবান দিয়ে ধুতে হবে। অসুস্থ ব্যক্তি যা যা হাত দিয়ে স্পর্শ করবেন, সেগুলো বারবার জীবাণু শোধন করুন।
● অসুস্থ ব্যক্তির অবস্থা শোচনীয় হলে বা শ্বাসকষ্ট হলে স্বাস্থ্য সেবাকেন্দ্রে ফোন করুন।
